Each MOLLYMAWK Test Center works independently and assigns slots to test takers who contact them (preferably by email). Therefore, inquire early at your preferred test center and reserve your slot.

ATTENTION:
If you cannot attend a test session please cancel your slot as early as possible directly at the test center. If you cancel al least two weeks ahead they might still have a chance to assign your slot to someone else. In that case they will do their best to offer you a slot in the earliest possible upcoming session.
A late cancellation will lead to an empty slot, therefore, please take note of the following consequences:
A specific test center has the right to put your name on the bottom end of their waiting list if you cancel your reservation less than two weeks before. This means (depending on the demand from other test takers) you might have to wait longer for a new slot in that test center.
A specific test center has the right to ban you from their test sessions for up to 12 months if...
- ...you cancel your reservation for the second time.
- ...you cancel your reservation less than one week before.
- ...you do not appear for your slot without any notice at all (no show).
Test Centers will apply those rules regardless of the reason for your cancellation or no show (sickness, workload, family issues, travel problems, etc).
